1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Bookentoo (the 'Service'), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to customers booking through bookentoo.com, business partners using the partner dashboard, and visitors to our marketing pages.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorised use. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Payments and fees

Customers pay the listed price for services booked through the platform; partners pay subscription fees and a per-booking marketplace commission as disclosed at signup. All amounts are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

4. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation rules are set per business by the partner. Bookentoo enforces the partner's published policy. See our Refund Policy for the platform-level rules that apply when a partner is unavailable or unresponsive.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to harass, defraud, or violate the rights of others. Do not attempt to interfere with the Service, scrape data outside our public APIs, or reverse engineer our software.

6. Intellectual property

All Bookentoo trademarks, logos and software remain our property. You retain ownership of content you upload but grant us a worldwide licence to host, display and process it as needed to provide the Service.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bookentoo's aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. On termination, you may export your data for 30 days; after that, we may delete it in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
